Donna Byrd is a strategic marketer with a keen understanding for blending new technologies with proven marketing strategies. As a founding partner of Kickoff Marketing, she brings extensive experience in brand development, marketing and strategic planning.
Prior to Kickoff Marketing, Donna served as CEO of Black America Web, where she worked with entrepreneur and national radio personality Tom Joyner to launch one of the top three African-American news and lifestyle websites. Her interest and expertise in the internet space began in 1999 when she served as Vice President of Marketing for Ezgov.com. Ezgov.com facilitated communication and interaction between governments and their constituents and provided Donna the opportunity to utilize her marketing and strategic expertise with governments at the state and local level.
Prior to working in the technology and internet space, Donna was a Brand Manager for Coca-Cola classic. During her tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, she developed brand marketing strategies and managed print and out of home advertising for Coca-Cola classic USA. She also served as an Associate Brand Manager for New and Emerging Brands where she co-created the brand positioning and promotional strategy for the launch of CITRA, a new brand in Coca-Cola’s citrus portfolio. Her career began with Procter and Gamble where she managed in-store sales execution for the grocery and health & beauty aid sectors.
Donna has a B.A. in American Government from the University of Virginia, an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She also serves on the Board of the University of Virginia Alumni Association.
Ms. Paige is a consumer marketer with over 14 years of brand management and strategic marketing experience. A proven business strategist and communications leader, Kimberly has an in-depth understanding of consumers and has successfully built a variety of brands at The Coca-Cola Company and Procter and Gamble. As former Worldwide Director for Brand Sprite, Kimberly was responsible for the strategic positioning, new product development and global expansion into Africa, Latin America and key markets in Asia. During Kimberly’s tenure the brand experienced four years of double-digit growth and delivered record earnings. Additionally, Kimberly served as Global Brand Manager, Coca-Cola Indigenous Brands, where she provided strategic leadership and guidance on the marketing and development of The Company’s brands in over 100+ countries.
Prior to starting Kickoff Marketing, Kimberly served as Marketing and Communication Director for the new World of Coca-Cola development in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Recognized as "One of the Top 20 Women to Watch in the 21st Century", Kimberly has spoken on several panels on youth marketing and expanding brands globally. Kimberly holds a B.S. in Marketing and Communications from Howard University and an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. She is married and has two children.
